Ripley has been steadily munching on my remote everyday after I leave for work. So now he must go in his kennel after I leave.

So everyday for a few months I entered my code in the Mountain Dew game. And I won!! 75.00 from this one and 25 from the last one (which I only entered once) -- so it does pay. Easy money for drinking my favorite beverage in the whole wide world.

The yard sale went well. We sold most of the stuff and made a decent profit :) Hannah is at the beach and I have my check up with the Rheumatologist in the morning.

Only one more week, and Hannah is back at school. Thank goodness. Unfortunately the ren festival starts at the same time ... bleck.

Another Good Bye

So I said goodbye to a member of the WSO team today. He was new but he made an impression on me. His passion, vision and great sense of humor were key in keeping me sane in my last days with the group. Dean is moving onto things that surely will meet his high expectations. The good thing is he will be still working with another group in AARP so we still may get that opportunity to cross paths again.

I have a busy day tomorrow -- my first yard sale. I have soo much to sell and when I was out posting signs around the town, I notice I have bit of competition. I would say about 6 other homes are having yard sales as well. All monies will go to the Packers trip :)

I began my new project with HR today. We are redesigning our careers portion and I am extremely excited about the wonderful opportunities. I am also excited I am on the "other" side - being the client. The good thing is that I know both.

Tomorrow I begin a new schedule - Work from home every Monday. It will actually be an adjustment for me since I had off every other Monday. But my new boss says he does not care how I do my time so if I have things (like my regularly scheduled doctor appts) I can do them and I don't need to tell them. I am sure I will adjust. I am good to go in the Tech set up department since all my equipment carried over -- so I have full access.

Kinda busy weekend. We hit BJ's yesterday early so I could cut the grass in the nice weather. I was soo nice yesterday. And spent a good amount of time outside.

today was fixing a wall in a closet where I noticed a wee leak -- so new sheet rock and we are good to go. We finally found a new foyer light and hung that as well. I threw down more grass seed and watered like crazy.

Dogs and child are good.

I was just in an accident less then 1 mile from my house and the asshole tried to blame me.
Well now it's up to the insurance companies to fight it out_

**** I am fine and no it was not the new car, I was driving Mike's car. And yes, this is what we have insurance for but now I have to deal with his lies.

Yes, I am tired

seems to be theme with me. This heat is killing my energy level. Oh well right.
So let's start with updates - Hannah developed a infection in her mouth that swelled her jaw ( they think it's viral). She is doing better.

Zoe finally got groomed on Saturday and is having her teeth cleaned this morning because her teeth are really bad (shame on Mike).

Diesel is doing good. He still has his moments of being a lab - like eating tons of grass and Zoe's poo, but what do you do. He is incredibly handsome and we all have our quirks.

Ripley is bad. Just down right spiteful and spoiled. He is constantly getting into stuff. Just this morning, Mike called and said he tore up a receipt that sticking slightly out from my drawer. He also found a roll of TP. Again, we all have are quirks, but what makes up for it is his personality -- he is a lovie doggie. He has to be near you and on you and wants to be rubbed all the time. He groans and talks as you are doing it.

Mike had a great birthday, as he put it last night "very spoiled." As well he should be :)

And for me, no complaints; no issues.

I found 50 bucks today.. hee hee. I felt guilty for about 30 minutes. Then I figure oh well, I deserve a break.

I am off on a long weekend.. tomorrow is Mikey's birthday and i am going to do it up right for him :) Yeah, gotta love birthdays.

So Hannah went in her room last night and found Gwen dead in her cage. VERY SAD. After calming Hannah down and taking care of Gwen, we decided that we are going to stay away from hamsters for a while since we have not had the best luck.

Gwen will be cremated and put with Onyx, Bailey and Berry.
