Nice party

Mike, Hannah and I were really pleased with the outcome of our party. There were only a few casualties -- My dragonfly candle holder, hannah's room and zoe threw up after everyone left.
We really could not have pulled it off without Joseph and Bobby. They came early -- helped me set up things and played with Hannah and wore out Ripley. Diesel got to spend most of the day outside so it wiped him out. Zoe got to mingle all night at the party. It only took me about two hours this morning to get everything completley back to normal in the house. I still have to tackle the deck, but it is raining. We all had such a good time and it was really nice t o have everyone over. Real Props goes to Kathy for bringing her Wii and entertaining like 8 kids for a majority of the night. She is a lifesaver!!!! I did not get pictures, but I know Joseph took a bunch and I will get them from him. Thanks to everyone!!!

Ripley, sit..... GOOD BOY

Ripley is learning sit. And I think it is coming pretty easy to him :) He really is a handsome dog. I can't wait for everybody to meet him.

Finally, SNOW

Do you know how hard it is to take a picture of two VERY happy dogs in the snow? It is very hard!! So enjoy. Also, before the snow came, we went up to the local bird store and got the birdies a new feeder and they have been loving it all day. We also got a squirrel nut hut, but that is on the shed.

Slacker

Sorry folks, I just have not had the opportunity to post doggies pictures this week. Ripley hit 18 lbs already!!! Surprise!!! He is doing pretty good. Yes, he has accidents, he is a baby. Diesel is doing better, limping less but throwing up from the meds.

We had a GREAT overnight visit from Jen C!! Finally -- a friend that loves dogs as much as I do!! She got down on the floor with them and did not want to leave!!! They miss her already!! Hannah was very sad she was gone. We hope she comes and stays again real soon.

Some worn out puppies

Diesel is wearing out Ripley and the other way around. Diesel finally got a taste of karma this weekend. He now is limping. No doubt playing with Ripley. Mike will take him to work tomorrow to see what he did. Enjoy the pictures.

I got good news from my friend Jen C -- she will stay with me one night next week. I know its all for the puppy lovin... but am still excited for her to come. She will be my first co-worker to see my house.

I am tired (worked entirely TOOO much) -- which is causing me a little grief in the health department.

I am happy to say this " David will be back in 17 more WORK days" and I can't wait!! I wonder if I have that much sick leave? Need I say more

Bigger then I thought

so he got weighed today -- 16.9 lbs. BEAST!!! I talked to the breeder today just to check in and talk to her, she can't believe his weight already either :)

Sleepy Puppy

Ripley had a GREAT night. He slept until 5 and then let me know he was ready for outside and eats. I think he will fit in great! He stayed up with me so I could do some work ( a favor for a coworker) and then took a little nap before Dad got him ready for work. I am anxious to see what Dr. G says. I am off to take Hannah to the ortho to see how her progress is going with her mouth expander :) Fun Times

I can't believe how cute they are!! Another good day with the dogs. Diesel is just learning how to play gently and Ripley is learning who is the boss. No accidents today :)

Well

UPDATE: thanks to all those guys asking about Diesel -- He is doing pretty good with the little guy. He really wants to play and they are both trying to figure out they can do. Ripley comes from the sames parents as Diesel, so I kinda know what I am getting. The first night went ok, and we had only one accident so far. So, here is a little background for those football fans. Diesel's middle name is Favre for you know who :) and Ripley's middle name is Montana, after the GREAT QB Joe Montana ( I am a big fan). I hope to get more pictures up today, but a lot is going on with the little guy, we did get his tag today. I am tired, he had me up at 3:30 til 5 and then back up at 7. Gotta get this boy on a schedule.

tonight! The breeder just called and made arrangments so we can pick the little fatty up tnight. I can't wait!! so stay tuned for pictures of the little guy :)
